Ingredients

1 Banana

1 Kiwi

20g Hemp seeds

10g Goji berries

50g Raspberries

30 g Walnuts

150 ml Soy milk

30 g 3Restore Powder (about 3 cooking spoons)

 

Preparation

Combine banana, 3Restore Powder, Raspberies and soy milk and blend until smooth. Add your toppings (kiwi slices, hemp seeds, goji and walnuts) and your protein smoothie bowl is ready!
