Restore Powder recipes: Apple and cinnamon scent (protein meal)

Ingredients

200 ml rice milk

30 g oat flakes, or oat flour (about 3 tablespoons)

1 Apple

30 g Pine nuts

30 g of Restore Powder (about 3 cooking spoons)

Cinnamon, to taste

 

Preparation

Cut the apple into small pieces. Combine apple, Restore Powder, cinnamon and rice milk. Separately, coarsely chop oat flakes and pine nuts and add them to the smoothie.

Your protein meal is ready! Enjoy your meal!
